BARLUME

Italian cuisine and pizza are the defining elements of this place, with a focus on thin, highly digestible dough and a well-curated wine selection. The setting is welcoming and comfortable, with an informal atmosphere that suits a relaxed stop in the Langhe.

The most characteristic dishes are the pizzas, especially the highly recommended signature pizza, and the venue stands out for the combination of simple preparation and careful pairing with wines. The overall impression is of a small restaurant with a clear culinary identity and an easygoing, convivial mood.
