BONO - Torrevecchia

Roman-style pork sandwiches are the signature here, with a focus on well-made fillings and fragrant bread that arrives warm and crisp. The menu also points to a broader Italian and Mediterranean identity, with simple preparations centered on flavor and familiar ingredients.

The setting feels informal and pleasant, with a local, easygoing character that suits both a quick meal and a relaxed stop. The most distinctive elements are the bread, the porchetta-style sandwiches, and the attention to balance between simplicity and taste.
