Bottega Pasolini

Bottega Pasolini is a Roman market kitchen that combines a neighborhood deli with a small dining area, creating an informal and welcoming setting. The atmosphere is tied to the rhythm of the market, with a practical, everyday feel that makes it easy to stop in for a relaxed meal.

The cuisine is rooted in Roman home-style cooking, with dishes prepared to be enjoyed on the spot or taken away. Its identity comes from a simple, concrete approach to cooking, centered on ready-made plates and the daily offer of the market, with a style that feels authentic and closely linked to the local area.
