Ertrasteverino

Ertrasteverino is a Roman trattoria with a distinctly traditional cucina romana focus, set in a informal, welcoming atmosphere that feels easy and familiar. The dining style is centered on classic local dishes, with an emphasis on the kind of cooking that belongs to everyday Roman tables.

The place stands out for its simple, authentic character and for a menu built around the best-known specialties of Rome, especially first courses and other familiar staples of the local tradition. The overall impression is of a neighborhood restaurant where the cuisine, the relaxed setting, and the recognizable Roman identity are the main strengths.
