Il Covo is a seafood-focused restaurant with a distinctly Southern Italian identity, set in a relaxed, informal setting in Vulcano Porto. The atmosphere feels straightforward and welcoming, with a style suited to a meal centered on local flavors and the sea.
The kitchen is known for fresh fish, seafood dishes and simple preparations that highlight the ingredients. The most recognizable strengths are the clear maritime character of the menu, the island-inspired cooking and the easygoing setting that matches the location.
