Il Maestrale

Italian cuisine with a strong focus on pizza and sea-oriented dishes, served in a setting that feels relaxed and informal. The atmosphere is shaped by the location and the open, easygoing style of the venue, with many guests highlighting the pleasant view and the sense of being in a place suited to a calm meal.

The most characteristic items are the pizza, the seafood dishes and the desserts, which appear alongside a menu that blends familiar Italian flavors with a coastal identity. The overall impression is of a restaurant whose strengths lie in its straightforward cooking, scenic setting and a style that feels naturally tied to Palau's seaside context.
