La Ruota

La Ruota is a traditional Italian trattoria and pizzeria in Fasano, with a style that also includes Mediterranean and seafood dishes. The atmosphere is simple, familiar, and relaxed, with a welcoming, unpretentious character.

The most appreciated dishes are the pizzas, fresh pasta, and genuine home-style cooking, along with bread and olives served as a pleasant detail. The restaurant stands out for its authentic, local feel and for a kitchen that is generous, honest, and closely tied to the area.
