Lievito Chiana

Lievito Chiana is a Roman-style pizza place with an Italian kitchen that also offers a choice between thin Roman dough and thicker Neapolitan-style dough. The setting is described as informal and pleasant, with a neat indoor room and a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.

The most appreciated dishes are the pizzas, especially for their variety, well-made dough and fresh ingredients. The restaurant is also noted for a simple but well-kept selection of wines, which fits its focus on pizza and casual dining.
