Officina del Gusto

Italian cuisine with an American touch defines the menu at Officina del Gusto, in a setting that feels informal and welcoming. The place has a relaxed, lively atmosphere that suits both casual meals and group dining.

The most appreciated dishes are the hearty plates and the more recognizable preparations of the Italian and American tradition, served in a straightforward, easygoing style. What stands out most is the combination of a familiar atmosphere, a varied menu, and a location that works well for an unpretentious meal in Castrovillari.
