Samovar

Samovar in Trastevere is a bar with an international and European touch, set in a lively square and known for a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The space feels sociable and easygoing, with a style that suits both aperitifs and longer evenings.

The most appreciated specialties are the cocktails, the selection of drinks and the variety of food options, including choices for those looking for plant-based dishes. Its identity is shaped by a simple, cosmopolitan offer that fits well with the character of Piazza di San Calisto.

What stands out most is the combination of good drinks, a pleasant setting and a venue that works naturally as a meeting place. The overall impression is of a casual spot with a strong sense of place and a clearly bar-oriented kitchen.
