Subway

American fast food in a compact, informal setting, with a focus on custom-made sandwiches, subs and salads. The atmosphere is practical and relaxed, suited to a quick meal in the heart of Pisa.

The most characteristic offering is the ability to build sandwiches to order, with fresh ingredients and a format that many describe as simple, familiar and easy to choose. The location is one of its main strengths, along with the clear, straightforward style of service associated with the brand.
