Ice Bar

Ice Bar in Palermo is a place built around cocktails, gelato cocktails and a simple bar and café offering, with a setting described as entirely carved in ice and located next to the cathedral. Its identity is tied to a striking, unusual concept that combines drinks, frozen service and a relaxed stop during the day or evening.

The atmosphere is informal and distinctive, with a strong focus on the visual experience of the ice room and on specialty drinks served in ice glasses. The most characteristic items are the vodka selections, the cocktails prepared by the bar, and the gelato cocktails, alongside sweet and savory counter items that complete the menu.
