Sprizza

Sprizza is a small, welcoming pizzeria in the Prati area, near Piazza del Risorgimento, with seating indoors and outdoors. It has a casual, relaxed atmosphere that works well for a quick meal or an informal stop after visiting the Vatican.

The menu centers on pizza al taglio and pinsa, with creative and classic toppings, along with artisanal supplì and other simple Roman-style bites. The food is described as light, well-seasoned, and easy to enjoy.

Its main strengths are the variety of flavors, the friendly and attentive service, and the compact, cozy setting that gives the place a distinctly informal character.
